GOLDFLAKE ANGEL small

Apolemichthys xanthopunctatus Common Name: Goldflake Angel, Gold-spangled Angel Description: The Goldflake Angel is a very beautiful fish and would make a wonderful addition to any tank. This fish's body is covered with gold spots. Around the fish's mouth area is a bright blue coloring, the fish also has black fins that are bordered by a strikingly blue color. Recommended Tank Size: The Goldflak Angel should be kept in a tank able to hold at least 125 gallons of water. The temperature in this tank should range between 72-78 degrees Fahrenheit with a pH level of about 8.1-8.4. This tank should be equipped with plenty of room for swimming and lots of rockwork for hiding around the tank. Food & Diet: The Goldflake Angel is considered and omnivore. This fish may be fed angelfish preparations, marine algae, and vitamin fortified shrimp. Level of Care: Moderate Reef Compatibility: This is one of the few angelfish that is actually reef compatible.
