DRAGON GOBY - Small 2 - 3 inches

Amblygobius phalaena Common Name: Dragon Goby, Pistol Goby, Phalaena Goby, Brownbarred Goby, Pennant Glider, Harbor Goby, Sleeper Banded Goby, Bullet Goby Description: The Dragon Goby is one of the larger fish in the Goby family. This fish's body is marked with alternating lighter and darker brown bands that are edged with bright blue. The head and the front of the fish have striking blue spots with striped markings. Recommended Tank Size: The Dragon Goby should be kept in a tank able to hold at least 30 gallons of water with a steady temperature of about 72-78 degrees Fahrenheit and pH level of about 8.1-8.4. Like other Gobies, the Dragon Goby is considered a leaper so a tank with a tight lid would be best. Also make sure the tank is equipped with live rock. If kept with another Dragon Goby then they should be purchased and introduced to the tank at the same time. Food & Diet: The Dragon Goby is an omnivore. This fish should be fed a diet that consists of brime shrimp, mysis shrimp, and prepared foods for omnivores. Level of Care: Easy Reef Compatibility: Reef compatible
